Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the jilicity platform — including the website, mobile application and any services provided — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jilicity platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. jilicity may require identity verification through documents such as a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

User Account

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Please choose a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone. jilicity will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

Prohibited Account Activities

• Using another person's account without their authorisation
• Sharing an account with another individual
• Using automated software, bots or related programs to play
• Manipulating the system or exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Conducting money laundering activities through the platform

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of jilicity's commitment to safe and responsible services, we may ask you to complete an identity verification process at any time. Failure to complete this process within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment Methods

jilicity accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is verified. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method chosen and any internal verification requirements.

Currency

All transactions on the jilicity platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), except for crypto transactions which are valued based on the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Tax and Deductions

jilicity does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own fees. Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations relating to their winnings under local laws.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

jilicity offers a welcome bonus of 200% on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of up to RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning a deposit of RM100 requires bets totalling RM2,000 (RM200 × 10) before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in their respective promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Failure to meet these requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus expiring and being deducted from the account.

General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise
• jilicity reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time
• Misuse of promotions or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in account closure
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements

Game Rules

Game Results

All games on jilicity are run using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or through supervised live dealer systems. The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error such as a system disruption, software failure or connection issue that affects a game outcome, jilicity reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to the relevant user.

Sports Betting

For sports betting, jilicity uses professionally calculated odds. All bets are accepted based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. jilicity reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds resulting from a technical error.

User Conduct

Users of the jilicity platform are required to behave in a responsible, respectful and lawful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, hateful or threatening language in any communication channel on the platform
• Attempts at fraud, collusion with other players or any form of game manipulation
• Use of third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in games
• Spreading false information about the platform to other users
• Any action that compromises the security or stability of the platform

Any breach of the above will result in appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension or permanent account closure, at the discretion of jilicity.

Responsible Gambling

Account Termination

Closure at the User's Request

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the jilicity customer support team via live chat or email. Any outstanding wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure at jilicity's Initiative

jilicity reserves the right to close or suspend any user's account without prior notice if:

• There is suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• The user breaches any provision of these Terms
• Registration information is found to be false or inaccurate
• The user is proven to be below the minimum required age

For certain cases confirmed to not involve fraud, any valid balance in the account will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.

Amendments to Terms

jilicity reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. We will make efforts to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or through the registered email address.
